Alila Seminyak's Campaign for NovoLanguage

Great news from Alila Seminyak! As the graduation ceremony for the first batch of 25 NovoLanguage users was held last September 2016, Alila Seminyak wanted to continue this success story by conducting a big campaign to promote the second batch of NovoLanguage learners.

The campaign was aimed at encouraging their staff members from different departments to improve their English communication skills for the hospitality industry, using the NovoLanguage application. They continuously promoted NovoLanguage to their staff members by using various media channels, such as banners and posters, morning briefings by the GM and Department Heads, and word of mouth promotion by the HR team and the first  graduates. The campaign was a great success, with the number of staff members registering for the NovoLanguage second batch training exceeding expectations. Together with 4 other Alila Hotels and Resorts in Bali and Solo, Alila Seminyak has been using the NovoLanguage application since March 2016 and are now preparing to roll out the second batch training in November 2016.
